- 이용 연령과 로그인
게임은 만 14세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 제공합니다. Google 로그인은 선택 사항이며 게스트로도 게임을 이용할 수 있습니다. 미성년자는 거주 지역의 법령에 따라 필요한 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 이용해야 합니다. 타인의 계정이나 인증 정보를 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
- 게임 진행과 저장
게임 진행은 기기에 저장되며, 계정에 연결된 진행과 구매 기록은 Firebase Cloud Firestore에 백업·동기화됩니다. 같은 게임 계정으로 로그인하면 서버에 정상 저장된 정보를 다른 기기에서 불러올 수 있습니다. 게스트도 익명 계정으로 저장을 이용하며, 재설치나 기기 변경 전에 Google 계정을 연결해야 계정과 진행을 찾기 쉽습니다. 기기와 서버의 차이는 동기화 이력과 기록된 진행 시각을 비교해 자동 처리합니다. 연결 실패나 앱 종료로 마지막 진행이 서버에 반영되지 않을 수 있으므로 기기 변경 전 백업 완료 상태를 확인해 주세요. 무료로 생성되는 재료와 쌓인 음식은 재접속 시 유지되지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 광고와 게임 내 보상
보상형 광고 이용은 선택 사항입니다. 광고 제공 여부는 네트워크와 광고 공급 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 보상은 화면에 안내된 조건을 충족하고 광고 완료가 확인되면 지급됩니다. 시청 오류나 보상 누락은 문의처로 알려 주세요. 게임머니와 보상은 게임 내 이용을 위한 것으로 현금 교환이나 이용자 간 거래 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.
- 공정한 이용
프로그램 변조, 자동화 등을 통한 부정한 보상 획득, 다른 이용자의 계정 침해, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위는 금지합니다. 위반이 확인되면 관련 기능이나 계정 이용을 필요한 범위에서 제한할 수 있습니다. 제한 사유의 확인과 이의 제기는 문의 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 서비스 변경과 권리
게임 개선, 오류 수정, 보안 및 운영상 필요에 따라 콘텐츠와 기능이 변경될 수 있습니다. 이용에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경이나 서비스 종료는 게임 또는 공식 안내 페이지에서 안내합니다. 게임의 저작권 등 권리는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며 이용자는 개인적인 게임 이용 범위에서 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있습니다. 법령이 허용하는 이용을 제한하지 않습니다.
- 개인정보와 탈퇴
개인정보 처리 사항은 별도의 개인정보처리방침에서 안내합니다. 시작 화면의 ‘계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청’ 또는 공식 안내의 같은 이름 페이지에서 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. Google 계정 자체는 삭제되지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 진행 정보의 삭제 방법은 해당 안내를 확인해 주세요.
- 문의, 책임과 약관 변경
오류, 계정 및 이용 관련 문의는 [email protected]으로 보내 주세요. 운영자와 이용자의 책임은 적용되는 법령에 따르며, 이 약관은 법령상 보장되는 소비자의 권리를 제한하거나 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실에 대한 책임을 배제하지 않습니다. 약관을 변경할 때는 변경 내용과 적용 시점을 안내하고 법령상 필요한 동의를 받습니다. 거주 지역에서 보장되는 강행적인 소비자 보호 규정은 계속 적용됩니다.

English — Korean Food Simulation Terms of Service
- Operator and scope
These terms govern Korean Food Simulation (com.Nolose.KoreafoodSimulation), provided by Nolose (노루즈). Contact: [email protected].
- Age and sign-in
The game is intended for users aged 14 and older. Google sign-in is optional; guest play is available. Minors must obtain a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent where required by the laws of their place of residence. Do not use another person’s account or credentials.
- Progress and saving
Progress is stored on the device being used. Progress and purchase records linked to the game account are backed up and synchronized through Firebase Cloud Firestore. Guests also use anonymous accounts. Use the same game account to restore data successfully saved to the server; link Google sign-in and confirm backup before reinstalling or changing devices. Clearing app data or changing devices may result in lost progress. Freely generated ingredients and accumulated food may not persist between sessions.
- Advertising and rewards
Rewarded ads are optional. Availability depends on connectivity and ad supply. Rewards are granted when the conditions shown in the game are met and ad completion is confirmed. Contact us about viewing errors or missing rewards. Game currency and rewards are for use within the game; cash redemption and player-to-player trading are not provided.
- Fair use
Do not manipulate the software or automate it to obtain rewards improperly, compromise other users’ accounts, or disrupt the service. Confirmed violations may result in proportionate restrictions on relevant features or accounts. You may request the reason for a restriction and appeal by email.
- Service changes and rights
Content and features may change for improvements, bug fixes, security or operational needs. Material changes or service closure will be announced in the game or on the official information page. Intellectual property belongs to its rightful owners. Content may be used for personal gameplay; uses permitted by law are not restricted by these terms.
- Privacy and account deletion
Personal information is covered by the separate Privacy Policy. Request account deletion through ‘Account and data deletion request’ on the start screen or the official information page. Your Google account itself will not be deleted. That page also explains how to remove local progress.
- Support, liability and changes to these terms
Email [email protected] for support. Liability is determined by applicable law. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights or exclude liability for the operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Changes to these terms and their effective date will be announced, with consent obtained where legally required. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
