Google 로그인으로 생성한 한국 음식 시뮬레이션 계정과 관련 개인정보의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제한 후에도 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
요청 방법 게임 로그인에 사용한 Google 계정의 이메일 주소에서 [email protected]으로 보내 주세요. 메일 제목: [한국 음식 시뮬레이션] 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청 메일 내용: 이 게임의 계정 및 관련 개인정보 삭제를 요청한다는 의사를 적어 주세요. 알고 있는 경우 게임 사용자 ID를 함께 적어 주세요. 비밀번호, 인증번호, 신분증 사본은 보내지 마세요.
본인 확인 및 처리 운영자는 요청한 계정의 본인 여부를 확인한 뒤 해당 게임의 Firebase Authentication 계정과 관련 개인정보를 삭제하고 처리 결과를 안내합니다. 계정을 확인할 수 없는 경우 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 추가로 요청할 수 있습니다. Google 계정 자체와 다른 게임의 계정은 삭제 대상이 아닙니다.
기기에 저장된 진행 정보 게임 진행 상황은 이용 중인 기기에 저장됩니다. 서버 계정 삭제만으로 휴대폰의 저장 파일이 원격 삭제되지는 않습니다. 휴대폰 설정에서 이 앱의 데이터/저장공간을 삭제하면 기기의 진행 정보도 삭제할 수 있습니다. 기기 제조사에 따라 메뉴 이름은 다를 수 있습니다. 삭제한 진행 정보는 복원할 수 없으므로 신중하게 진행해 주세요. 게스트로만 이용했다면 이 게임에서 Firebase 계정을 생성하지 않으므로, 기기의 앱 데이터를 삭제해 주세요.
외부 서비스의 정보 Firebase의 삭제 및 백업 처리에는 해당 서비스의 처리 기간이 적용됩니다. 광고 사업자가 별도로 처리한 정보에 대한 삭제 요청은 운영자에게 문의하거나 해당 사업자의 개인정보 안내를 이용할 수 있습니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 적용되는 정보는 대상과 사유 및 기간을 안내하고 구분하여 보관합니다. English — Account and data deletion
Korean Food Simulation — Operator: Nolose (노루즈). You can request deletion of the game account created through Google sign-in and its associated personal information, including after uninstalling the app.
Send an email from the Google email address used in the game to [email protected]. Subject: [Korean Food Simulation] Account and data deletion request. State that you want your game account and related personal information deleted. Include your game user ID if known. Do not send passwords, verification codes or copies of identity documents.
After verifying your identity, the operator deletes the game’s Firebase Authentication account and associated personal information and informs you of the result. If the account cannot be identified, only the minimum additional information needed will be requested. This does not delete your Google account itself or accounts in other games.
Game progress is stored locally. Deleting the server account does not remotely erase files on your phone. To remove local progress, clear this app’s data/storage in your device settings. Menu names vary by device. Deleted progress cannot be restored. Guest-only play does not create a Firebase account; clear the app’s local data instead.
Firebase deletion and backup processing follow its service retention periods. For data independently processed by advertising providers, contact the operator for help or use the provider’s privacy information. Korean Food Simulation — 運営者：노루즈（Nolose）。Googleログインで作成したゲームアカウントと関連する個人情報の削除を依頼できます。アプリをアンインストールした後も依頼できます。
ゲームのログインに使用したGoogleアカウントのメールアドレスから、[email protected]へお送りください。件名：[Korean Food Simulation] アカウントとデータの削除依頼。本文にゲームアカウントと関連個人情報の削除を希望する旨を記載し、分かる場合はゲームのユーザーIDも記載してください。パスワード、認証コード、身分証明書の写しは送らないでください。
運営者は本人確認後、当該ゲームのFirebase Authenticationアカウントと関連個人情報を削除し、結果をお知らせします。アカウントを特定できない場合、確認に必要な最小限の情報を追加でお願いすることがあります。Googleアカウント自体や他のゲームのアカウントは削除されません。
進行状況は端末に保存されます。サーバー上のアカウントを削除しても、端末のファイルは遠隔削除されません。端末設定で本アプリのデータ・ストレージを消去すると、進行情報を削除できます。メニュー名は機種により異なります。削除した進行情報は復元できません。ゲスト利用のみの場合、Firebaseアカウントは作成されないため、端末のアプリデータを削除してください。
